HDFC Bank is mindful of the current health and safety environment/situation, therefore the 5 month classroom training may be conducted online, depending on the prevailing health & Safety scenario

Loan Eligibility

Requirements
you must meet

Candidates may choose to avail an Education Loan from HDFC Bank. However, if they wish they can avail an Education Loan from any other Financial Institution of their choosing.

All selected candidates for the HDFC Rising Bankers Program would be eligible for applying for Education Loan basis the below mentioned criteria:

  • Selection in to
    the HDFC Rising
    Bankers Program

  • Age: 21-26
    years

  • Qualification: Full
    time graduation
    (any stream)

  • Co-applicant (guardian/
    parents/ spouse/parents in
    law of student) is mandatory

  • Loan Amount:
    Course Fee + Applicable levies

  • Rate of Interest:
    11.75% p.a.

  • Moratorium period:
    12 months

    with latest form 16

  • 6 months updated
    bank account statement
    (co-applicant)

  • Academic records: Mark
    sheets of 10th, 12th,
    Graduation, up to latest
    qualification

  • All the documents should
    be self-attested by the holders
    respectively. Booklets to be
    signed by all the applicants

HDFC Bank’s prescribed process for application and disbursement of loan will be applicable and final for this facility.

Customer Care Executive or Customer Experience Executive

Overall Goal:

To work in an error free environment and ensure that all the processes as laid out by the bank are followed properly without any deviations under the guidance and supervision of the authorizer and branch manager as per the expectations of the bank and its constituents .

So that The branch customers are adequately serviced and appropriate products sold to them in a customer friendly environment that in turn ensures the branch attains profitability on all parameters with superior customer service and superior cross sell of products.

  3. Ensuring adherence to all audit and governance parameters
Customer Service
  1. Ensure best in class customer service is delivered
  2. Recording & resolving complaints
  3. Preventive complaint management
  4. Promoting all direct banking channels
Operations
  1. Ensure certification & error free documentation
  2. Ensure KYC norms are adhered to at all points of time
  3. Ensuring all operational parameters are met “First Time Right”
